MAP processes each value in an Excel array using a calculation defined by LAMBDA. Instead of copying an individual formula into many cells, the formula returns a dynamic array with the same shape as its input. This is useful when the same transformation needs to stay consistent across a range.

The arguments begin with one or more arrays and end with the LAMBDA calculation. That LAMBDA must contain a parameter for every array supplied to MAP. Additional arrays allow related values to participate together. Keep the output area clear for the spilled results and confirm that the installed Excel version supports the function.
